Korma - vegan and gluten free

This week, we’re excited to once again feature our famous Korma (or “Qorma”).
Korma dishes originate from an Indian city during the Mughal Empire in the 16th century — yes, this recipe goes way back! The word korma means “to braise” or “to simmer.”

The Korma we’re offering is made with plenty of vegetables, including carrots, green beans, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, and celery, all coated in a delicious creamy sauce made with coconut milk (no cream), fresh herbs, and gently spiced Indian seasonings.

This dish is sold exclusively in vacuum-sealed bags and is available in two sizes:

  • 1-litre format (4 portions)

  • 500 ml format (2 portions)
