For daycares, 99% of the time, meals are sent in reusable stainless steel tray format. We can however send the food in individual containers if requested. The containers are compostable.
We offer full-time service as well as for emergencies when your cook is on holidays, sick or your kitchen is under renovations.
For daycare troubleshooting, we need to be informed as soon as possible, ideally 24 business hours in advance.
Yes, we must have a list of allergies and intolerances to ensure meal safety.
Yes, there is an additional charge for any substituted meals sent in the event of allergies or intolerances. These meals are sent in compostable 16 oz containers.
Summer camps can generate additional revenue for each meal sold. Parents can place their order online by creating an account, or the camp can order for all participants OR the camps can receive the orders and then give them to us. We will work the way the summer camp desires to work depending on their needs.
For summer camps, food can be sent individually or in tray format, depending on preferences of the camp.
