CHRISTMAS LOG

Delicious homemade Christmas log for our (the best) pastry chef, Françoys.

This log is chocolate filled with raspberries, buttercream with a light touch of peppermint (candy cane style) covered with a homemade chocolate ganache (simply d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s-e)!

You can have either a (very generous) individual portion/2 people or a large log cake (not cut)
