Traditional recipe from our grandparents.

Delicious pieces of lamb (some have bones so be careful) in a creamy and tasty sauce served on a bed of couscous!

The pieces of lamb are cooked for several hours and are extremely tender.

A meal we don't often have, but when we do, the city talks about it :)
