Traditional recipe from our grandparents.
Delicious pieces of lamb (some with bones, so be careful) in a creamy and tasty sauce served on a bed of couscous, rice or sold alone (family size)!
The pieces of lamb are extremely tender thanks to their slow cooking for several hours and come from the Pontiac slaughterhouse, so 100% natural meat, without chemicals and without hormones. The creamy sauce with pieces of lamb also contains green peas, onions, red peppers and fresh parsley.
A meal we don't have often, but when we have it, the city talks about it :)
