• Head Chef - Responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that quality standards are met.
  • Manage the kitchen by supervising a team of more than 20 employees in an efficient and caring manner.
  • Supervise meal preparation in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure complete inventory management: food orders, receptions, organization and monitoring of inventories.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation according to MAPAQ standards.
  • Participate in the creation of attractive menus for our takeout service, while taking into account costs, presentation and innovation.
  • Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of kitchen operations.
  • Meet production deadlines, even during peak periods.
    

  Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in the kitchen, ideally in team management or as a chef or sous chef.
    
  • Organizational skills, autonomy and rigor.
  • Positive leadership, ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Culinary creativity, especially for takeaway menus.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to various projects.

• Healthy Meal Delivery Driver for Schools and Daycares
  • Operate the delivery vehicle (truck, van, or other designated vehicle) to transport healthy meals (in insulated thermal boxes) to scheduled destinations, while respecting established routes and delivery schedules.
    • Safety compliance: Ensure that all road safety regulations and company safety protocols are strictly followed during transportation and deliveries.
    • The candidate must be in good physical condition to carry the boxes. French is required.
    • Customer communication: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner during deliveries, providing high-quality customer service and responding appropriately to any questions or concerns.
    • Vehicle maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure it is in good working condition, report any issues or malfunctions, and carry out minor repairs if necessary.
    • Deliver and distribute ordered meals to elementary school students. Ensure bags are filled with the correct meals according to orders, separate bags by class (based on a provided list), and wait for children or supervisors to pick up the meals.

If you use your own vehicle, we offer per-kilometer compensation.
