Our delicious Beef Bourguignon Stew is one of our best sellers.

Made with love and lots of patience, this wonderful stew simmers for many hours in red wine with mushrooms, onion, carrots and more. The meat is tender and local from the Pontiac, so 100% natural, chemical-free and hormone-free (and also 100% halal).

This recipe takes a long time to get perfect. Indeed, we make the basic homemade broth with the bones and leftover meat after having cut the pieces necessary for the stew. The broth takes almost a day and ensures that we waste NOTHING! Once the bourguignon is done on the fire, we insert the whole cauldron in the oven for almost half a day to ensure that everything is tender, tasty and simply delicious! By putting the cauldron in the oven for several hours, the taste of the wine comes out stronger.
