Old-fashioned Lamb stew (gluten free)
Traditional recipe passed down from our grandparents.
Delicious pieces of lamb in a rich, creamy, and flavorful sauce, offered in two formats: a 1-litre vacuum-sealed bag (4 portions) or a 500 ml vacuum-sealed bag (2 portions).
The lamb is incredibly tender thanks to its slow cooking over several hours and comes from a local abattoir — 100% natural meat, with no chemicals and no added hormones. The creamy lamb sauce also includes green peas, potatoes, onions, red peppers, and fresh parsley.
