Our delicious duck confit is served with a raspberry reduction, accompanied by your choice of mashed potatoes orroasted potatoes, and a generous portion of sautéed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, and onions).

These duck legs come from Mariposa Farm, a local farm that is environmentally conscious and uses no hormones, chemicals, or preservatives.

The legs are cooked sous-vide for 36 hours, then finished in a Rational Smart Oven for a crispy exterior. The meat is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth.
