Each layer consists of sliced potatoes (Yukon gold), bacon, mozzarella cheese and a rich, creamy sauce. Baked in the oven at 350 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes (or until the internal temperature is around 65-70 degrees Celsius). Delicious accompaniment that goes well with everything!
