Rigatoni, originally from Italy, and especially very popular in Sicily where we had the privilege of visiting a few years ago. Rigatoni pasta is wide, round and has ridges all the way through which help absorb the sauce. In this case, the sauce is creamy with chicken, spinach, kale, red peppers and of course cream. A meal that became extremely in demand very quickly!
It is possible to buy the sauce alone (in a vacuum bag) or have it with pasta (family or individual size).
