Korma - vegan and gluten free
NEW VEGAN DISH!
We have noticed that vegan meals (without animal products; meat, lactose, eggs, etc.) are EXTREMELY popular and not only among vegans, but also among carnivores;)
This week we introduce you to Korma or Qorma. Korma meals originate from an Indian city (16th century Mughal Empires ... yes it comes a long way!). The word korma means “Braising” or “Simmering”.
The Korma we are presenting to you this week is made with lots of vegetables, such as carrots, green beans, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, celery, all covered in a delicious creamy sauce (no cream, but plenty of coconut milk), fresh herbs and spices (slightly spicy) Indian. It is sold either as an individual meal with rice or in a family format (4-5 people) with rice or in a 1L vacuum bag. Hurry, this one will go quickly;)
