Tikka Masala, Chicken

The origin of this dish is contradictory between England or India ... we are told that this recipe is inspired by Indian cuisine, with traditional spices from India.

This dish is a sauce made from tomatoes, onions, ginger and several spices including gram Masala, Paprika and Nutmeg.

This sauce is filled by boneless chicken thigh, served with white rice.
