This week we present to you a delicious Tuscan chicken with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes (which we dried ourselves) in cream with parmesan cheese. A delicious meal served either with traditional rice or cauliflower rice for the 100% Keto experience! Cauliflower rice is sautéed with kale, red peppers and onions.
